This week is all about keeping my kitchen cool because it’s about a hundred degrees here! We are doing lots of salads and grilled meats to avoid using the oven. I’m saving my oven use for S’mores Brownies and pregnancy cravings. : )

Monday – Greek Salad with Grilled Chicken, Pita, and a side of Tzatziki

TuesdayGourmet Grilled Cheese (We are having the Cheddar,Green Apple, and Fig, but the Strawberry, Dark Chocolate, and Brie is delicious, too!)

Wednesday – Leftovers (a little early this week, but I’m anticipating some rollover from the holiday weekend)

Thursday5-Ingredient Bacon Asparagus Pasta

Friday – Dinner Out

Saturday – Grilled Fish Tacos with Chipolte Lime Dressing
