It’s perfect timing for our July meal planning post! Since it’s the 4th and we’ll all be having too much fun to meal plan this weekend, your next weeks plan is here and ready to go. If you are new to meal planning, check out our how-to with a printable meal planning sheet.
This week is all about keeping my kitchen cool because it’s about a hundred degrees here! We are doing lots of salads and grilled meats to avoid using the oven. I’m saving my oven use for S’mores Brownies and pregnancy cravings. : )
Monday – Greek Salad with Grilled Chicken, Pita, and a side of Tzatziki
Tuesday – Gourmet Grilled Cheese (We are having the Cheddar,Green Apple, and Fig, but the Strawberry, Dark Chocolate, and Brie is delicious, too!)
Wednesday – Leftovers (a little early this week, but I’m anticipating some rollover from the holiday weekend)
Thursday – 5-Ingredient Bacon Asparagus Pasta
Friday – Dinner Out
