This month I’ve got a new meal plan for you… and I’m especially excited to try Tabitha’s One Pot Pasta! As usual, I have a couple tried and true recipes, plus a few new ones. This month at our house, we’re focusing on eating mostly “real food,” so the recipes reflect that and if I make any substitutions, I made a note of it.
I’m still missing my potato chips a bit, but this yummy Tzatziki Sauce is zesting up my veggies!
Monday – Eggs Benedict with Sausage and Home Fries
Thursday – Chicken and Sausage Gumbo with Brown Rice
Friday – Dinner Out and our first Mardi Gras Parade!
Saturday – Leftovers
Sunday – Homemade Chicken Pad Thai with Brown Rice instead of noodles
