December. Such a ‘full’ month… full of shopping, baking, wrapping, parties, story-telling and evenings camping out in front of the fireplace, and of course, the regular winter living. It’s a full month indeed, and I knew that I needed to capture it.
I also knew, ever since I wrapped up the 30 days of fall series, that I wanted to do another. I wanted to celebrate every change that the seasons take us through and try to capture just how much our lives actually change during those times, and yet stay so consistent.
So here’s my counterpart to the fall series – 30 days of winter. It won’t be 30 straight posts in a row, but rather these posts will be interspersed throughout the others. Some days, when I have something to say, I’ll say it. And yet other days, when the photo already says so much, I may not. That’s part of the fun of these series… and part of the fun of winter… sometimes so chaotic and full of energy, sometimes so quiet and serene.
It’s all a part of winter living.

How adorable! My kids don’t even own clothing that resembles what Baby Blue has on! We simply don’t get weather that looks anything like that here in the deep South!
