I {heart} faces

The theme this week at ‘i heart faces’ is ‘pouting,’ and I don’t usually keep too many sad faced pictures, but this one is just too cute to send to the trash. (Can you tell that I’m a Mac user?)

Today, I feel this way myself.  With runny nose and eyes, a cough that lingers, and the chilly gray sky that hovers, a pout seemed to reach my lips as well.  That’s about when I heard, “I can’t get my work done when I’m looking at you, it’s just too distracting.”  It just rolled it’s way right out of his coy smile.  I looked down awkwardly as my mind jumped at the thought of snot running down the side of my face, hair that was no longer styled, but rather swept into a ponytail and swollen red eyes.  Not a pretty sight.  He must’ve known what I had swarming around the clouded head of mine and answered, “I love looking at you.”

    i’m right there w/ you on the runny nose and cough. it’s killing me because i can’t get anything done. but don’t husbands have a way of making you feel gorgeous even when you don’t think so? hope you feel better soon!!
