Do you know what I appreciate? A sweet and sparkly and oh so delicious drink. And do you what makes me feel even more special? When a friend thinks of me and for our special West Elm Entertaining Event made this delicious Raspberry Mocktail Punch in honor of my growing baby bump. It was smooth and full of flavor… and free of alcohol. This is such a great option for entertaining so that all of your guests can enjoy it!
Thank you Krayl Funch of An Appealing Plan for sharing this drink with me, cheers!
Starting with a raspberry puree, you can add some sparkling water and a bit of cranberry juice or even some flavored sparkling water to create a flavor-filled sparkling drink that looks just as pretty and festive as it tastes. Add a side of fresh raspberries, strawberries or sprigs of mint for guests to top their own glasses, and voila, a DIY drink bar that not only quenches thirst, it won’t leave you (or guests) needing to detox afterwards. In fact, this may be just the way to get you (and maybe the kids too) to drink more water, or the perfect way to ring in the new year as a family 😉
- 1 pint raspberries, washed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 part raspberry puree
- 2 parts sparkling water

- Ice + fruit for garnish
- Add raspberries, sugar and 1/4 cup of water into a blender. Blend until fully combined, about 1- 2 minutes.

- Select punch bowl or other serving vessel. Add 1 part raspberry puree then top with 2 parts sparkling water. If desired add 1 part cranberry juice (white or red). Top with frozen berries for a festive garnish.
