… and what have you done with my daughter?
I recently took Aliyah to a friend’s farm to ride horses. She was reluctant to ride for all of about 2 minutes and then it was all, “Whoo-hoo, this is fun!” I snapped a few photos and talked with my friend while Aliyah rode around. The next day when I started to look at the pictures, my husband leaned over, took one look and said, “Wow, she looks so big.” I wanted to cry. She’s not even four and yet I’m expecting her to come home any day now and declare that she want’s to date the lead singer of a rock band and dye her hair black.
Oh wait, that was me… a long time ago, and I didn’t turn out so bad, in fact I’m married to that singer, but that’s another story for another day.
Still, my not-so-little girl is changing daily. And yet, she’ll always be my little girl. My gorgeous little girl.

Get used to it. It gets worse when they turn 4 🙁 The good news is that she will always be your little girl 🙂 Love the photos as usual! I just took a bunch of our girls with bubbles, something I’d been wanting to set up as a photo shoot for some time. Now I’m really wanting to do horses…thanks…lol.
