OOTD Comfortable Athleisure Wear: I Coffee So Hard Tee

If there’s one trend I’m excited is actually gaining momentum as opposed to petering out with the new year, it’s athleisure wear. While it’s definitely easier to get to the gym when you’re at the ready in a cute outfit, it’s also a trend comfortable to basically live in (even when not getting a workout in, or merely a run for coffee). Thankfully 2017 is forecasting plenty more time to wear sporty “must haves” like leggings and sneakers. Whether it’s for a run, chasing kids and washing laundry, errands, lunch with friends, shopping or actually making it to the gym, fashion is definitely taking a cue from athletic wear and daily style is becoming more and more comfortable. 

And this athleisure trend? Well, as a mama that is quite used to chasing littles around, changes diapers and takes spit-up to the shoulder often… this is something I can easily live with.

Clearly, I get in a “walk/run” for coffee a little more often than I make it to the gym. But a gym membership is something that’s next on my list, so maybe that goal will move on up the priorities list just a little this year. 😉
