If you’ve been around for a while, then you know our love for Omaha Steaks runs deep. We’ve been an ambassador with them for almost two years now and I happily place an order each month to stock up our freezer. I’ve found shopping their package sales to be such a great way to stock up for our large family of EIGHT and it truly helps with meal planning.
While going through our freezer, I pulled out a package of brats and knew a beer cheese just sounded SO good to go along with it. Cooking it all up in the skillet over an open fire? EVEN better!
Now, we know you don’t NEED an open campfire (perfect for camping!!!) for this skillet beer cheese, you can cook it on the grill (perfect for tailgating!!!) – and you can also cook it up on the stove as well.
