Well darling ones, I hope your Christmastime this week has been nothing short of magical, merry and bright. I’m taking a little time off here with my family and we’re still knee-deep in Christmas cookies, lights, family parties and good long pajama days. There really is nothing like living any holiday through the eyes and excitement of little ones (even though we woke up before they did Christmas morning!), and I don’t think I want it to end. Ever. We’re letting every second, every minute soak in… every unwrapped gift left out, slow mornings, big breakfasts, late nights, movie watching (Also, I took Aliyah and Brayden to see the new Annie, loved it!), bike riding, fire-side cuddling, cookie eating, toy playing… and up until now, the computers haven’t even been on.
So though, it’s now well past Christmas Day, I still wanted to pop in to wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas, and the happiest of days to finish out the year! With the wrap-up of Christmas feeling near, meaning I’m beginning to get the spring-cleaning style itch, and a new year approaching, I’m beginning to reflect on this past year and think about the new one ahead. And for all of you, I’m so very grateful. So, enjoy yourself some holiday cheer… and cheers to you friends!
