Citar = Quote (in Spanish)
“We worry about what a child will become tomorrow, yet we forget that he is someone today.”

I absolutely LOVE this quote, and this pic! So very, very true. BTW, Uncle Lynn answers your questions today over at my place in celebration of my Sweet Centennial. Please stop on by!

I’m beyond in love with this quote…it’s SO true! I often talk to my hubby about how our 16 month old tends to hit when she gets really mad…she hardly EVER gets that mad. I was saying how she’s a little person who doesn’t know how to talk and when she’s super frustrated that’s the ONLY way she knows how to express it. I feel bad for her because she can’t tell us what’s wrong….she’s a little ‘someone’ now. So many times people just look at babies as just that, babies, but they ARE little people…little ‘someones’ who can teach us a ton. 🙂 Sometime I get angry and want to hit, too! lol

One of my all time favorite quotes. I used it in a Parenting post I wrote. all too often I think parents forgot that their children are people with emotions.

I love it – we need to listen to our little ones. There is a quote from “To Kill a Mockingbird” that also reminds us that children have brains and we shouldn’t try to dismiss them, they are much more perceptive than they are often credited for being. I love this quote you have shared!

love the quote tab….goes with my own personal philosophy on asher. it’s my job, and privledge from God as well, to guide him, not create or control him. God does that prestigious job just fine. i never want to break his will, just help put it in line with the Lords as best as i’m able, amen.
