Forget waiting until January to make those dreams happen – because now is the perfect time!
Today is October 1st which means we have just three months left of the year, and today we are talking about how to harness the natural energy of this season and embrace the power of fall to create the changes you need in your life, embrace new habits and finish the year strong.

- Why fall is the best season for change. It’s more than just pumpkin spice lattes and cozy sweaters (much as I love all of that good stuff too!) Fall is the season of transformation and, just like the weather cooling and the leaves changing colour, we too can make great changes in our lives during this time.
- The energy differences between the seasons and how to harness this. Spring is for renewal and growth, winter is for hibernating and resetting, summer is the season of abundance and growth and Fall is the season of change and transformation.
- The power of ending the year strong and making the most of these final months of the year, rather than putting off new habits and goals until the new year. Research shows that this can be an even better time of the year to focus on transformation, so harness this natural momentum and harvest what you have already sewn this year to make change happen. is
- Parkinson’s Law states that any given project or work will expand to fill the time allotted for its completion, so don’t underestimate what you can get done in this Q4 of the year to end the year strong.
So If there’s a project or a goal that you’ve set aside during Summer, now is the perfect time to pick it up, embrace the energy of the season, and tap into nature’s momentum to achieve that dream.
Pay attention to what you want to achieve for you and what will bring you joy, and use this time to make it happen. You have the power to create a life you love, and it starts today.
