I’m one happy mama today. I just love decorating the tree with my family… And dancing to Christmas music, and sipping hot chocolate, and wrapping presents, and impromptu drives to see the lights, and late night Christmas movies… And I could go on and on. I love everything about the season. Including giving and loving. Today is #givingtuesday and while we’re decking our halls and spending time as a family (my have we missed each other after so much time apart!) we’re also packing up things to give. It’s the perfect day after a cyber shopping trip yesterday and emails full of extended Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales!
What can you give to someone today? You know, that’s the reason we celebrate… It all began with a gift. So, let’s give. Give love, give time, give a smile. Give something.

I had to get a tiny tree this year and put it on the landing of our stairs so the toddler couldn’t get to it because she just wants to destroy it. You’re lucky you can still put your tree up and its not been pulled down 🙂 Hopefully we’ll be at that point next year.
