- The secret lies that we tell ourselves, that are holding us back, keeping us stuck and holding us back from living a life of joy and alignment
- How we are hardwired to seek what is ‘comfortable’, even though this comfortable state may well be uncomfortable and not good for us, and the power of stepping out of your comfort zone, to ultimately find your freedom
- How, as humans, we naturally seek cognitive consistency, meaning that we seek to alleviate any discomfort we feel, and therefore we subconsciously seek out information and experiences that align with the often-negative lies we are telling ourselves, keeping us stuck and stopping us from fulfilling our potential.
- The importance of identifying these lies, by looking at the areas of our lives where we are experiencing problems, to become aware of the lies and limited beliefs that are holding us back, to then be able to break free from them once and for all.
- The probing questions that you can ask yourself about a problem or an area in your life where you may be feeling stuck (eg, succumbing to unhealthy habits or lifestyle choices), to uncover what lie is beneath it and where this started, to ultimately allow yourself to dispel these lies and step into growth and joy.
