Yes, my husband and son are always recommended me to sit still. I’m really trying to do that these days.
Since I’m a chronic pain sufferer sitting still causes me to realize how much I really do hurt. That’s hard but again, I’m learning.

I agree. Sometimes I do some deep breathing, close my eyes and breathe in, “Be still…” and exhale, “and know that I am God…”
This is good for really stressful times.
Otherwise, just trying to slow down is so important…and a good reminder this time of year!
