If you follow me on other platforms, you’ll know that i’ve been sharing my health journey on Instagram. Which, for me, means that coffee is no longer the first drink I reach for in the morning. I have found that there are some health benefits for me to wait and not indulge until later in the day. So my morning routine has changed and coffee has fallen even more into the treat category for me. It’s a treat for me to create the drink and it’s a treat for me when I am enjoying the drink.
