Although it sounds crazy, you might be unintentionally choosing overwhelm, and in today’s episode I’ll be sharing the small shifts you can make to intentionally bring more joy, peace and presence into your life and create a stress-free holiday season.

- The power of reframing your mindset: “What you’re not changing, you’re choosing.” By not actively taking steps to change routines or stress-inducing behaviors, we are actually choosing these things by default! Recognizing that not making a change is still a choice can be a game-changer.
- The holidays and how they can bring their own unique set of challenges — from financial pressures to a packed schedule and everything in between!. Instead of overhauling your life, learn how to shift from “doing it all” to focusing on what truly matters.
- Practical ways to simplify holiday finances and negate some of the stress that can come with this time of year. Remember that the value of a gift isn’t necessarily in the cost – meaningful gifts that have thoughtfulness behind them can be just as, if not more, special.
- Feeling stretched and poor on time, and the importance of choosing a pace that feels right for you and for your family. What if you gave yourself permission to say no to activities that don’t align with your values? Let go of the ‘shoulds’ and give yourself grace to let some things go, creating that oh-so-important margin in your life.
- Our own self-expectations and how at this time of year it’s easy to feel like we’re falling short and not quite achieving everything we’ve set out to do. Shift your mindset and focus on creating just a few meaningful moments that will bring you and your family joy this season.
The holiday season, and life in general, doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. Intentionality, small shifts, and mindful choices can create a more peaceful, fulfilling experience for you and those around you.
