- Clementine (mini or cutie) Oranges
- Limes
- Water

How to Make Carrot Ice Cubes
- Cut your oranges into thin slices (these are your carrots)

- Separate your limes from their rinds (we are making the carrot greenery from the lime rind)

- Cut the lime rinds into thin slices

- Add your orange pieces to your ice cube tray
- Arrange the lime pieces at the top to look like the carrots greenery

- Lastly add water to hold it all together

Easter Mimosa Recipe
- Select your prettiest glasses
- Grab your favorite champagne or sparkling water drink
- Add a splash of Orange Juice to taste
- Finish it off with your Carrot Ice Cubes
