It’s been a crazy last few weeks with Finn’s arrival shaking up the household routine. I’m happy to say that we are settling in as a newly minted family of four… And we’re loving it!

I’ve made it to the point that I’ve actually meal planned the last 2 weeks, so I”m feeling good! And as we’re navigating life with a newborn and 3 year old, meal planning is turning out to be even more important than ever. And those freezer meals from last month? They have come in so handy as it’s great to just heat one up and make a salad on days when I just can’t handle more than that. : )

Tuesday – Crockpot Pork Loin, Twice Baked Potatoes (from my freezer stash!), and Spinach Salad

Wednesday – Spaghetti and Meatballs

Thursday – Leftovers

Friday – Vegetable Lasagna

Saturday – Dinner Out and taking these S’mores Stuffed Cookies for dessert to our friends

Sunday – Chicken and Bacon Pasta
